FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical equipment and is intended for the application in treatment of wounds by negative pressure. A connecting device contains conducting means, in which vacuum can be created, and the first flat hermetically sealed bearing means for the conducting means, on which the conducting means is held with hermetisation of the vacuum. The bearing means is made with a possibility of installation on a vacuum bandage, which covers the wound and is hermetically isolated from the atmosphere. The conducting means is made flexible and flat and has a transverse section, the width of which is considerably larger than its thickness. The conducting means has the longitudinal region, in the wall of which at least one hole is made. In the first bearing means formed is a wide rectangular depression, the width of which, at least, equals the width of a conducting region, with its length constituting at least 15 mm, so that the longitudinal region of the conducting means is inserted into the depression in a flat way, complementing its shape. The longitudinal section and at least one hole in the longitudinal region directly face the vacuum bandage when the connecting device is applied on the vacuum bandage, so that at least one hole in the longitudinal region of the conducting means is directly connected with at least one hole in the vacuum bandage and via it with the wound cavity, with the conducting means being held on the first bearing means with vacuum hermetisation by the application on it of the second flatly-extending bearing means in such a way that it is placed between the first and second bearing means like a sandwich, with the second bearing means completely overlapping the depression in its projection on the plane of the first bearing means.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible for the patient to feel comfort and light pain under load.
