SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery and endoscopic diagnosis, and relates to a method of detecting the association between cystic liver formation and intrahepatic bile ducts. For this, the method comprises percutaneous transhepatic drainage of cystic formation under the control of ultrasound, aspiration of the contents and administration via solution drainage. In this case, after drainage of the formation and aspiration of the contents, fibrogastroduodenoscopy is performed. Enter through the transhepatic drainage ozonized solution of 1 % methylene blue with a bubbling concentration of ozone of 40–60 mg/l. When a colored solution appears from the pharyngeal papilla revealed through the fibrogastroduodenoscope tube, a connection is established between cystic liver formation and intrahepatic bile ducts.
