FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to radiation diagnostics, and can be used for localization of tumor obstruction of biliary tract and degree of its prevalence. Method involves administering a contrast agent and conducting multispiral computer tomography. Omnipaque 350 is injected intravenously as a contrast agent, and 20 ml of a water-soluble contrast agent is administered immediately prior to multispiral computed tomography through a cholangiostomy catheter.
EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy of localizing tumor obstruction of biliary tract.
