FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and oncology, and can be used for complex mini-invasive treatment of obstructive jaundice, cholangitis, intrahepatic abscesses of tumor genesis by percutaneous transhepatic interventions. That is ensured by intravenous introduction of 0.5 % photoditasin solution. Simultaneously, peripheral approach to cubital vein with intravenous blood irradiation apparatus involves intravenous systemic photodynamic therapy with monochromatic light at wave length 662–665 nm. Thereafter, after 5 hours, fluorescent diagnostics is carried out using a laser electronic spectral unit with monochromatic light at wave length 662 nm through antegrade or retrograde access in the tumor accumulation zone of the photosensitizer to determine sufficient accumulation of the photosensitizer. That is followed by a local photodynamic therapy with monochromatic light at wave length 660 nm.

EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness, reduced probability of tumor process dissemination, improved patient's life quality.
