SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely endocrinology and gynecology, and discloses method for diagnosing anovulation. Method consists in determining the level of testosterone and melatonin in blood and when testosterone is more than 2.1 nmol/l and melatonin is more than 12 pg/ml, anovulation is diagnosed. Method improves accuracy of identification of folliculogenesis disorders and does not require long-term ultrasound monitoring, has no connection with the cycle day and can be used to diagnose anovulation and, as a consequence, infertility in women.

EFFECT: method allows to standardize and simplify diagnosis of anovulation, to reveal predictors of abnormalities in reproductive system.
