FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynaecology, clinical immunology, and can be used for immunological prediction of the effectiveness of assisted reproductive technologies (ART) in determining immunological blood parameters. Blood serum is analysed for the amount of anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH), interleukin-18 (IL-18) and sex-steroid-binding globulin (SSBG). At combination of AMH values inclusive from 1.3 to 10 ng/ml, IL-18, less than or equal to 175 pg/ml, SSBG, greater than or equal to 55 nmol/l, favourable outcome of ART application is predicted.
EFFECT: method enables minimally invasive, low-cost immunological prediction of the effectiveness of using ART, which contributes to the personalized determination of the chances of pregnancy and the assessment of the feasibility of in vitro fertilization, optimizing the management of the patients by determining the quantitative levels of AMH, IL-18 and SSBG in blood serum.
