SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in the preparation of heterogeneous biocatalysts for biocatalytic transformation processes of organic compounds. Method for producing the heterogeneous biocatalyst involves selectively adsorbing the lipase from the Candida antarctica fraction B to a hydrophobic macroporous carrier during the incubation of the carrier particles in an aqueous concentrate of the culture fluid of the strain
yeast Pichia pastoris VKPM Y-4298 with a specific enzymatic activity of at least 350 leu / mg protein and subsequent covalent modification of the adsorbed enzyme with glutaraldehyde added directly to the incubation suspension to a final concentration of 1.0–2.5 %. Incubation process is continued for 30–120 minutes.
EFFECT: invention increases biocatalyst activity and thermal stability.
