FIELD: photographing; measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: according to the proposed method of aerospace geoinformation monitoring of natural and man-made objects, aerospace digital photography of a given territory is made no less than twice by means of the same aerospace surveying system, with reference to a given air defense coordinate system. Results of photographing a certain territory are obtained in the form of initial digital aerospace photographs. Next, the image of the original digital aerospace photographs is divided into fragments in the form of an image pyramid with displacement and without displacement of the fragment. Difference fragments are determined. By the difference fragments, the threshold value of brightness corresponding to the boundary of the change on the fragments is determined. Changed outlined fragments and the unchanged original fragments are combined together and are linked to the original digital aerospace photographs according to air defense coordinates.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the accuracy of determining the boundary of image changes in the wavelet transform of fragments of original aerospace digital photographs.
