FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for cartographic monitoring of production facilities in the petroleum and gas industry. Method for monitoring the technical condition of gas transport facilities based on a geo-information system consists in conducting aerial photographic survey applying UAVs while simultaneously recording the coordinates of the terrain of the photography points; then building orthophotomaps using the photograph data triangulation method; based on an aerial photograph, gridding the gas transport facilities in the geo-information system; comparing the orthophotomap images with the operating data in the same coordinates; searching for violations in the aerial photographs by visual methods and recording said violations in the system. The orthophotomap images are therein compared with the operating data at gas transport facilities in the same coordinates; minimum distance zones are built based on the coordinates of the gas transport facilities; violations of the minimum distance zones are detected in the geo-information system of orthophotomaps and digital models of the terrain by visual and semi-automatic analysis. By comparing the orthophotomaps with the array of statistical information on the technical diagnostics of the facility, plans for the maintenance of the facilities and equipment are formed; comparing the orthophotomaps with the reported data on the conducted maintenance, the condition of the gas transport facilities is monitored and assessed for further overhaul; the results of the methane leak monitoring performed with the application of the equipment installed on an aerial vehicle are reflected in the geo-information system; prompt works to eliminate methane leaks are provided using portable diagnostic and navigation apparatus synchronised with the central information processing unit secured on the clothing of a worker and linked to the central server; the location of the worker, the technical condition of the gas transportation facility equipment, and the physical parameters of vital activity of the worker are monitored and reflected in the centralised data array.
EFFECT: increase in the safety of operation of gas transport facilities.
