FIELD: geodetic surveying.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods for geodetic monitoring and digital geoinformation monitoring of technogenically altered territories using geodetic and surveying tools, used for monitoring, assessing and predicting the state of the heterogeneous structure and structure of the technogenically altered earth's surface. The method includes collection and analysis of high-precision geospatial, atmospheric and underground data, clustering of technogenically altered territory, based on the results of which a database of disturbed territories and query mechanisms for it are formed, after which, using the interface subsystem, the state of the territory is predicted, and a dynamically changing three-dimensional model is built based on the results condition forecast using a separate software module.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of the method for obtaining, processing, displaying and interpreting geospatial data for clustering the heterogeneity of technogenically altered territories, obtained using high-precision positioning methods of different scales for monitoring and managing the technogenically altered territory.
