FIELD: photogrammetry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to photogrammetry and can be used in monitoring the state of the main pipeline route, in particular, during main pipeline route sections monitoring, using aerial photography to detect and track attempts of unauthorized access, violations of operation rules and hazardous geological processes at sections of main pipeline route. Disclosed method of monitoring the condition of the main pipeline route consists in performing aerial photography with simultaneous recording of satellite coordinates of the photographing points; performing geoinformation system relating photos to route and objects of main pipeline; orthophotomaps or digital terrain models are constructed using the method of triangulation of photographic data. At that, aerial photography is carried out according to a signal transmitted to the cameras by the navigation system receiver, which provides the given periodicity of photography with overlapping of photographs of not less than 60 %. Recording satellite coordinates of photographing points is carried out by using a global navigation satellite system of a geodetic class with subsequent processing of the obtained measurement results using the accurate positioning method and assigning to each photo obtained from the results of processing satellite coordinates. Binding of photographs to route and objects of main pipeline is performed by their import into geo-information system with route scheme preliminary plotted in it by main pipeline. Further, from the array of geolocated photographs in automated mode, photographs of main pipeline facilities are selected with facts of violations and unauthorized access attempts on the main pipeline route, localizing the detected facts and marking them in the geoinformation system; based on constructed orthophotos or digital models of the locality, detecting and marking in the geographic information system hazardous geological processes taking place on the main pipeline route; imaging orthophotomaps or digital terrain models with hazardous geological processes taking place on main pipeline route and performing in different time periods and having the same coordinates; geometrical parameters of hazardous geological processes occurring at the main pipeline route are measured, for further monitoring of the value and rate of their change. Obtained measurements are used to predict the dynamics of development of hazardous geological processes taking place on the main pipeline route and a decision is made on their elimination.
EFFECT: high quality of the obtained photogrammetric information owing to high accuracy of measuring satellite coordinates of points by recording satellite coordinates of photographing points using a global navigation satellite system of a geodetic class with simultaneous reduction of basic measurement errors by subsequent processing of obtained results using accurate positioning method and assignment of each photograph obtained from results of processing satellite coordinates.
