This cell line is designed to create antitumor vaccines and test the activity of various pharmaceutical preparations. Resulting 485 colo can cell line has stable cultural and morphological characteristics, is stored in Specialized Collection of Cell Cultures of Vertebrate Cells of Russian Collection of Cell Cultures under registration number RKKK (P) 740D.
EFFECT: present invention allows to expand range of means for creating antitumoral vaccines.
