SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and medicine, in particular to cell line of human ovarian cancer 533 OOS. This cell line is intended for the preparation of biomedical cellular products and testing the activity of various pharmaceutical preparations. Obtained OOS cell line 533 has stable cultural and morphological characteristics, is stored in Specialized collection of cell cultures of vertebrates of Russian collection of cell cultures under registration number RKKK (P) 742D.
EFFECT: present invention allows to expand range of means for creating antitumoral vaccines.
