The device for the manufacture of microwave absorbers contains a reactor with external annular heaters, flanges with tubes for feeding and pumping out the working mixture of gases, equipment for fixing blanks, which consists of three coaxially arranged metal discs, the upper disc has through holes for installing blanks arranged in a circle with a step of at least 2d and at a distance of at least 2d from the edge of the disc, where d is the diameter of the blank, the middle disc contains non-through holes for the installation of blanks, coaxially arranged holes in the upper disc, the lower disc has elements for connection to the motor that ensures rotation of the entire tooling, and the upper and lower discs are fixed at a distance from each other, greater than the length of the workpiece, with the help of studs, and the middle disc has the ability to move freely between them by means of a pusher passing through the holes in the upper or lower discs to the movement mechanism.

EFFECT: production of microwave absorbers with variable resistance along the length, increased productivity.
