FIELD: spraying.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprayers of fluids, solutions and can be used in engine building, chemical, food and light industry. Acoustic nozzle contains housing with internal acoustic oscillation generator in form of nozzle and resonator, and tubes for supplying air and liquid. Case is in form of a vertical cylindrical bushing, in the upper part of which there is pipe for letting in air and perpendicular to its axis, there is a pipe for letting in liquid. Inside the housing, coaxial to it, bushing with the upper and lower flanges is rigidly fixed. Lower flange is rigidly fixed in a groove made in the housing. Inside the bushing, coaxial to it, there is an annular volume resonator made in the form of a cup with a conical surface. Cup is pressed on the resonator rod. In the tail part of the resonator there are fixing disks, made in the form of elastic lobes, interacting with the inner surface of the bushing. In the lower flange, at least one nozzle is located at an angle to the axis of the resonator. Resonator cup is pressed on a rod with a fairing, in the tail part of which there are perforated disks. Between the perforated disks there is a hollow conical air divider, covering the rod and contributing to the crushing of air before it passes through the resonator.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is an increase in the spraying efficiency and a decrease in the material consumption.
