FIELD: hydropower.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic power engineering, namely, to hydraulic motors with horizontal axis of wheel rotation. Ship propeller boat propeller comprises horizontal shaft with multi-bladed disk wheel secured thereon with outer and inner shells with blades arranged there between to increase water flow angle of attack. Blades are made from disk plane by cutting into sectors with accepted arc length in meters according to rated number of blades with subsequent bending of part of sectors along bending lines towards water flow at rotation of propeller from engine of ship. Diameter of screw propeller disk is determined along circumference by product of number of blades by arc length of sector in meters, and blades are connected by two locking rings.
EFFECT: higher screw propeller efficiency.
