FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to X-ray diagnostics and traumatology, and can be used for preoperative planning of surgical treatment in patients suffering from combined pathology of pelvis, knee joints and lumbar spine. Axial load is created in the horizontal position of the patient using a device for functional radial diagnostics of the feet, which comprises a platform for support, fixed to the waistcoat and belt of the subject, with belts equipped with a dynamometer. Scanning is performed from the Th12 vertebra to the base of the heel bones in the position of the patient lying on the back in the frontal and sagittal planes simultaneously. If the patient has an arthroplasty of an adjacent joint, scanning is performed in the mode of suppressing artifacts from a metal with one energy level. Rigidity, sharpness of the obtained image is correct on the DICOM visualizer, inversed from negative to positive. Mechanical and anatomical axes of the lower extremities are made. Angle Q formed by intersection of the line passing through the anterior-superior tip of the iliac wing and the lower pole of the patella, and the line, which is the anatomical axis of the tibia, is determined. Angle of pelvic incline in the sagittal projection is determined. Scans are analyzed, printed them on a true scale. Components of the endoprosthesis are positioned by using the test stencils and the resection levels are determined.
EFFECT: method provides increased accuracy of planning orthopedic operations, getting rid of subjectivity when interpreting the results of the study, reduced radiation load on patients during examination due to mechanical and anatomical axes of lower extremities, determination of angle Q and pelvic incline.
