FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Technical result is achieved in a phalloendoprosthesis, which comprise at least one fillable implant of elongated shape, which is designed to expand and/or extend, as well as at least one reservoir, wherein all the elements are connected together by connecting means and comprise a filling liquid inside. Phalloendoprosthesis comprises at least one control element, which is designed to create a magnetic field gradient, to provide the flow of the filling liquid from the reservoir into the implant to be filled, wherein the filling liquid is a ferrofluid.
EFFECT: technical result is increased usability and reliability of the phalloendoprosthesis due to the simplified design.
