SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical devices, in particular to surgical devices, and can be used for urinary incontinence treatment. Technical result is achieved in an implanted sphincter, which comprises a cuff, reservoir, connected together by connecting means, and liquid, with which they are filled, wherein the reservoir has deformable walls and is characterized in that it comprises a control element, creating a magnetic field, and a ferrofluid is used as a filling liquid, wherein the walls of the reservoir are designed to be elastically stretched under the action of the control element, at least to dimensions, which provide a pressure reduction in the cuff below the pressure of the urinary tract.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is increased usability and reliability of the implanted sphincter due to the simplified design.
