SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to systems on a chip, which perform secure downloading with the use of encrypted data. Proposed is a system on the chip for performing of the safe loading. System comprises a first memory for storage of a plurality of the stored encryption keys, a second memory, third memory for storage of the encryption key stored setting value, and also contains a central processing unit (CPU) for the encrypted data decrypting, which are stored in the external non-volatile memory, using the encryption key, corresponding to the encryption key setting value, from plurality of the encryption keys, to store the decrypted data in the second memory and to perform the downloading using data, which are stored in the second memory. At that, the CPU is configured to change the first memory address table, so as to control the second memory for access instead of the first memory, if the decryption is successful.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in the bootstrap process security.
