SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the network jitter processing method and device as well as to a terminal. For this, the method includes receiving a plurality of voice data packets and recording of each voice data packet reception time; calculation of a time interval between reception of each two adjacent voice data packets in a plurality of voice data packets in accordance with the reception time; performing statistical processing of the time intervals probabilities distribution in accordance with predetermined intervals to which the corresponding time intervals belong; calculation of the necessary buffer zone size in accordance with the probabilities distribution and the permissible jitter probability and the buffer zone setting in accordance with the required buffer zone size to solve the network jitter problem.

EFFECT: improvement of the speech signal quality on the receiving side by the time interval jitter in the data reception process.
