FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport engineering. Overhead conveying apparatus for transporting vehicle components comprises a load-bearing framework. Load-bearing framework has a length of more than 5 m and a width of more than 2 m. Conveying apparatus is mounted on the ceiling structure of the assembly plant by way of mounting means in a suspended state. Between the underside of the load-bearing framework and the upper side of the floor of the assembly plant, a free space is formed that is suitable for mounting a structural part. Between the mounting means that are fastened on the ceiling structure of the assembly plant and the load-bearing framework a fastening plane is provided. Fastening plane is connected to the mounting means and the load-bearing framework and is formed from criss-crossing flexurally rigid steel beams. Steel beams at the crossover points are connected to one another and form a grid of quadrilateral intermediate zones.
EFFECT: increase in the strength of the structure of the conveying apparatus is achieved.
