FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: overhead transportation device (01, 30) comprises a supporting spatial frame (03, 38) having a length greater than 5 m and a width more than 2 m and made of longitudinal, transverse, diagonal and vertical elements (04, 05, 06, 07) of the supporting beam, connected to each other. The transportation device (33) is made with the possibility of mounting on the supporting frame (03, 38), to form a transporting corridor (32) by the transportation frame (03, 38) and the transportation device (33), in which the vehicle components (31) can be transported from the place of loading to the place of unloading. The supporting frame (03, 38) rests on the floor (47) of the assembling plant by means of supporting means, which form free space suitable for mounting parts and/or for transporting parts, allowing a passageway and/or a driveway between the underside of the supporting frame (03, 38) and the upper side of the floor (47). The supporting means is made in the form of a column portal (39, 48) comprising two supporting columns (21, 40, 41), the lower ends of which are fixed to the floor (47) of the mounting plant, and at least one transverse beam (08,42) fixed between the two supporting columns (21, 40, 41) and on the upper side of which the supporting frame (03, 38) is located.
EFFECT: increasing the rigidity of the supporting frame at its low weight, which facilitates its transportation.
