FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator includes housing in form of two vertical posts from the elastic material and elastic element. Posts are rigidly fixed on basis of vibration isolator. In cover there are holes for posts so that gaps between posts and cover are formed. Cover is connected by means of S-shaped lever with vibration isolated object. Chamfer is made on cover, in which bending point rests against upper shelves S-shaped lever. Bottom flange is fixed by stud at base of vibration isolator. On the base coaxial the pin under the S-shaped lever lower shelf, a washer mesh damper is installed. Main mesh elastic element of the damper rests on the base and is fixed by the bottom washer and the upper pressure washer. Bottom washer is rigidly connected with the base. In the base, main mesh elastic element and washers coaxial central holes are made. Guide sleeve is rigidly fixed in the base hole. In the upper pressure washer a sleeve is attached, which comes into the guide sleeve with a clearance. Around the guide sleeve in the main mesh elastic element, two additional piston-type damping elements are located, which piston is rigidly fixed on the upper pressure washer and is covered with the rigidly connected to the base coaxially located sleeve with a clearance. Between the lower end of the piston and the sleeve bottom there is a flexible element.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
