FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: double vibration damping spring contains identical vibrating damping upper and lower springs symmetrically mounted via a mesh damper. Each spring contains a body made of a helical elastic hollow steel tube. Additional resilient steel tube is installed inside the casing coaxially with a gap. In the gaps between the tubes there is a friction element. Screw solid resilient pin is set coaxially to the casing. Friction element is made tubular from the polyethylene or in the form of a granular backfill from the copper based sintered friction material. Mesh damper comprises a main mesh elastic member supported by a lower washer and fixed by an upper pressure washer, which is rigidly connected to the centrally located piston covered by the coaxially located sleeve with a clearance. Between the piston lower end and the sleeve bottom the elastic element made of a mesh frame filled with polyurethane or mesh is arranged, with the mesh structure parameters, like of the main elastic mesh element.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
