FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building, namely, to the used to reduce vibrations spring vibration isolators. Combined vibration isolator contains a frame made in the form of two supporting horizontal plates, upper and lower, interconnected by the vertical tie-rod. Upper horizontal plate rests against the helical spring upper cover and is rigidly connected to the cover by means of fastening elements. Lower horizontal plate rests against the resilient damping element. Helical spring and the resilient damping element are mounted on the common base. Above the lower horizontal plate vibration damping gasket is fixed for the vibration-insulated object installation. Helical spring is made with the integrated damper and consists of two parts with counter-directed turns, of which one part has the rectangular cross section turns, and the spring other part is made hollow. First part on-coming end is located in the second part cavity. Spring contacting parts segment profile gaps are filled with antifriction grease. Sealing gasket is mounted at the spring second part end to prevent grease leakage. Helical spring first part, made with turns of rectangular cross-section with rounded edges, is covered by the tube of damping material, for example, polyurethane. Gaps in the helical spring first part are filled with the friction material crumb. Right elastic element is made in the form of vibration damping spring, comprising body made of helical hollow and elastic steel tube, inside which at least one additional elastic steel tube is coaxially and axially symmetrically installed with the gap. In the gaps between the tubes at least one friction element is located, which having the high thermal expansion coefficient in comparison with steel. Body and the additional elastic steel tube surfaces come into contact with the friction elements surfaces, and their axes coincide with the body turns axis. Centrally, coaxially and axially symmetrically to the body the continuously made helical elastic rod is arranged. Friction element is made in the form of granular backfill from the copper based sintered friction material, which contains zinc, iron, lead, graphite, vermiculite, copper, chromium, antimony and silicon. Gaps in the helical spring first part, made with rectangular cross section turns, which is covered by the tube from damping material, are filled with the friction material crumbs, made of the composition.
EFFECT: efficient damping in resonance mode.
