FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to variants of lactic acid bacteria strain and use thereof. Proposed a lactic acid bacteria strain of the genus Lactobacillus DSM 25972, a lactic acid bacteria strain of the genus Lactobacillus DSM 25987, lactic acid bacteria strain of the genus Lactobacillus 25988, a lactic acid bacteria strain of the genus Lactobacillus DSM 25989 and a lactic acid bacteria strain of the genus Lactobacillus DSM 25973. Said strains coaggregate with at least one pathogenic microorganism Streptococcus pyogenes. Proposed strains, one of the strains or combination thereof, can be used in an antibacterial composition against Streptococcus pyogenes, comprising a pharmaceutically or cosmetically acceptable base or excipient, wherein the strain is present in an amount of 0.001 to 20 wt %. Said strains or antibacterial compositions can be used as part of a kit for hygienic treatment against Streptococcus pyogenes. Method for the identification and/or selection of a lactic acid bacterium having the ability to coaggregate with Streptococcus pyogenes is also proposed.
EFFECT: said antibacterial composition with a pharmaceutically acceptable base or excipient can be used to prepare a pharmaceutical preparation or medicament for treatment, prophylaxis and/or therapy of microbial diseases of the skin, mucous membranes and the oral cavity, caused by Streptococcus pyogenes to obtain a cleaning agent or disinfectant for treatment of surfaces against Streptococcus pyogenes, to obtain a product used in drugs and/ or for prophylaxis, against Streptococcus pyogenes, to prepare an anti-Streptococcus pyogenes for oral, sublingual or buccal administration or to produce an antibacterial additive having a special action against Streptococcus pyogenes, or for the local treatment of inflammations in the mouth and throat, and for treatment of infections of the upper respiratory tract and the skin, caused by Streptococcus pyogenes.
