FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and surgery. In case of surgical treatment of ruptures of scallops of large bronchi the endoscopic endobronchial clipping is carried out for the period from 10 up to 14 days. Pleural cavity is drained. Method allows to tightly close the edges of the bronchial rupture under the general or local anesthesia, to stop the flow of air through it through while breathing and coughing, to seal the lung, and to achieve the aerostasis.
EFFECT: method provides for the lung hermeticism, the conditions for lung spreading and organ-preserving treatment.
