SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically a tool (applicator) for delivering a stent, i.e. to a delivery system for delivering a stent into a body vessel of a patient, and to a catheter tip for use in said system. System for delivering stent (S) into the body of a patient comprise flexible catheter tube (3) having a proximal and a distal end and serves to deliver stent (S) to a predetermined location in the body vessel and catheter tip (1) having a longitudinal axis and is disposed at the distal end of catheter tube (3). Catheter tip (1) has stent chamber (150) to receive stent (S). Catheter tip has first pressure chamber (20, 22). In catheter tube (3) first fluid channel (31) extends from the proximal end to first pressure chamber (20, 22) of catheter tip (1). System is configured to increase the volume of first pressure chamber (20, 22) by delivering a first fluid from first fluid channel (31) such that stent (S) is released from stent chamber (150) at the predetermined location in the body vessel. Catheter tip (1) has second pressure chamber (21, 23). In catheter tube (3) second fluid channel (32) extends from the proximal end to second pressure chamber (21, 23). System is configured to increase the volume of second pressure chamber (21, 23) by delivering a second fluid from second fluid channel (32) such that partially released stent (S) can be returned from the predetermined location in the body vessel into stent chamber (150). Catheter tip for use in said stent delivery system comprises elastic lobes (10) disposed obliquely with respect to each other in the form of a bud and capable of being opened by pressure.
EFFECT: delivery system according to the invention makes it possible to release a stent at a well-defined location and also to surround same again relatively atraumatically and to reposition same in situ.
