SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the petroleum industry and can be used in the wellbore shutting down devices during the repair works. Valve consists of a body, a spool piece with a check valve, a toroidal sealing element, a spool piece locking mechanism. On the body and spool piece the compensator-protector is located and fixed. Body and the compensator-protector internal cavities are hydraulically connected by a channel and filled with working fluid or gel. Toroidal sealing element can be made hollow and filled with liquid or gel. Toroidal sealing element can be reinforced with a high-strength fabric.
EFFECT: technical result consists in a reliable bore hole closing during the repair works.
