FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used for manufacturing insulating panels with a decorative outer surface, allowing for insulation and decoration of outer fences of the building. Decorative hinged panel with heat insulation comprises flat covers, a middle layer of heat insulation, a frame made of a bar, the horizontal sides of which are made with external longitudinal grooves. Front side of the frame is covered with a decorative plate made of fiberglass with a decorative pattern on its inner surface, and on the back side it is covered with a flexible film forming a cavity filled with heat insulation made of a hard insulation layer laid on the inner side of the decorative plate and a soft insulation layer covering it. Bars on the outer side are made with longitudinal grooves along the entire perimeter of the frame, each angle of the frame on the back side is equipped with a locking hook. Outer surface of the building fence opposite each locking hook is accordingly provided with a pocket lock, which is a metal plate with upper and lower pockets for locking hooks. Decorative hinged panels with heat insulation on the building fence are located with a gap between each other with thickness Δ1, and between its back surface and the building fence – with a gap of thickness Δ2 with forming an air cavity.

EFFECT: technical result is increased reliability and efficiency of a decorative hinged panel with heat insulation.
