Device for the organization of traffic contains a police traffic baton, identification tag and centralized database. Police traffic baton is made in the form of cylindrical body 1, in which scanning unit 2 and telecommunication communication device 11 are located. Scanning unit 2 comprises power supply 3, power button 4, driving oscillator 5, duplexer 6, transmit-receive antenna 7, bandpass filters 8, 21 and 45, phase detectors 9 and 46, information storage device 10, multiplier 42, narrowband filter 43 and adder 44. Telecommunications device 11 comprises counter 12 for counting the number of vehicles stopped, monitor 13, delay lines 14.1 and 14.2, pseudo-random sequence generator 15, adder 16, multiplier 17 and 22, narrow band filters 18 and 23, phase manipulator 19, power amplifier 20, bandpass filter 21 and phase detector 24. Identification label 25 contains piezoelectric crystal 25, microstrip antenna 26, electrodes 27 and 47, tires 28, 29, 48 and 49, set of 30 reflectors. Centralized database 31 comprises master oscillator 37, multiplier 38, narrow-band filter 39, phase manipulator 40, transmit-receive antenna 32, duplexer 33, power amplifier 34 and 41, phase detector and computer 36.

EFFECT: it ensures an increase in the reliability of the detection of vehicles in stealing, by automatic registration of the identification code of the owner of the vehicle.
