FIELD: blasting works.
SUBSTANCE: four support bars are fully-fixed in the explosive object coating in the blast resistant panel, which is composed of the metal armored frame with the metal armored plating and the filler - lead, and of four immovable branch pipes-supports in the flat ends. These support bars are telescope introduced into the immovable branch pipes-supports of the panel. The filler is made in the form of the air-lead dispersion system. The lead is made in the shape of the grit, and on the outside of the support bars, there are elastic-damping elements, one end of which bumps into the armored metal-coating, and the other - into the leafs-supports that are placed at the top of the support bars. The damping element, which is intended to damp the panel impact loads with the leafs-supports, is rigidly attached to the flat ends of the elastic support bars with the leafs-supports for the fixation of the panel end position. It is attached opposite to the panel and is directed to the panel side, and is designed as the solid body with the internal cavity and the surfaces, the panel equidistant surfaces, upon that, the internal cavity of the solid body is filled with the air-lead dispersion system. The additional elastic-damping element is positioned between the blast resistant panel and the damping element, which is rigidly attached to the flat ends of the elastic support bars with the leafs-supports. The additional elastic-damping element is made in the form of the multiple-unit spring, which comprises the cylindrical spiral spring composed of two parts with the opposed ends, one part of which has the rectangular cross-section turns, and the other part of the spring is hollow made. The first part opposed end is housed within the second part cavity, the segmental-bar clearances of the spring contacting parts are filled with the antifriction grease. The sealing cup is mounted on the spring second part end for the grease leakage prevention, and the made of the damping material, for example of the poly urethane, tube encircles the spiral spring first part, which is implemented with the rectangular cross-section turns with the eased edges. And the clearances of the spiral spring first part, which is implemented with the rectangular cross-section turns and which is encircled with the tube made of the damping material, are filled with the crumb of the friction material, which is comprised of the fixed composition.
EFFECT: growth of the reliability of the explosion proof devices operation in the time of the crash explosion on site and guarantee these constructions return to normal position after the explosion.
