FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the explosive substances (ES) and explosive and flammable liquid cargo storage and transportation. Proposed explosion-proof container includes vessel in form of metal tank with filling and emptying assemblies. Tank is made in form of vertical cylindrical housing with elliptical cover and conical bottom, protective basket of pipes. Vessel is made of aluminum with yield stress of not more than 155 MPa, at that, ratio of the vessel wall thickness to the cylindrical part inner diameter makes 0.003–0.004, and bottom taper angle is approximately 90°. Protective basket fastening points are located on a cylindrical housing, it is additionally equipped with the explosion-proof device with the emergency situation occurrence initial phase warning system, mounted in the tank hatch and containing valve body. Lined cargo gate is movably connected to the valve body by at least three flexible ties, and the breaking element is made in the form of a pressure safety element. In the valve body, in its cylindrical part, bordering the valve conical part, installing the circular diaphragm with a central opening and with located in its peripheral part at least three apertures. In the covered with armored layer upper part, of lined cargo gate axial symmetrically to the valve body, fixing the rod by its bottom part, which upper part is located in the diaphragm central aperture. Between the circular diaphragm lower part and the lined cargo gate upper part on the support rod, coaxially to it installing the bushing from the rapidly destructible material, such fragile material being triplex glass, the strength of the bushing is calculated for a certain overpressure in the valve. On the side surface of disposable sleeve is fixed an additional safety indicator in the form of resistive strain gauge, signal from which by the line connection is fed to resistive strain gauge, and from it in a unit of warning system on emergency mode.
EFFECT: invention allows improving explosion safety of container.
