FIELD: methods of explosion protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosion-proof devices and can be used for explosion protection of process equipment in the event of an emergency. Explosion-proof device of technological equipment with a warning system of initial phase includes a valve body, a lined load gate movably connected to the valve body through at least three flexible connections, and a breaking element made in the form of a membrane protective device. In the valve body, in its cylindrical part bordering the conical part of the valve, there is a circular diaphragm with a central hole and with at least three holes located in its peripheral part. In the upper part covered with the armored layer of the lined load gate its bottom part a rod is axiosymmetrically attached to the valve body, the upper part of the rod is located in the central aperture of the diaphragm, and between the bottom part of the circular diaphragm and the upper part of the lined load gate on the support rod, a bushing of a rapidly disintegrating material is installed coaxially, for example, "triplex" type glass, the strength of which is calculated for a certain overpressure in the valve. On the side surface of the disposable sleeve, an additional safety indicator in the form of a resistive strain gauge, the signal from which is sent via the communication line to the resistive strain gauge, and from there to the alarm system unit for emergency mode. Emergency situation personnel warning device is multifunctional, and in addition to the sound "loud-speaker" system, located directly on the emergency facility, it is additionally equipped with a mobile phone notification system, for example, via the GLONASS space system, for the transfer of urgent information to the state body for the elimination of an emergency.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency and reliability of protection of technological equipment from explosions in the event of an emergency.
