FIELD: protection devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the explosion-proof devices. Explosion-proof device includes a valve body, a lined load stop valve, breaking flange in the form of membrane of a safety device, safety indicator in the form of sensor, signal amplifier and device for warning of personnel on emergency situation. In the valve body there is a circular diaphragm with central hole and with at least three holes located in its peripheral part. In the upper part coated with armored layer of lined load stop valve is fixed by its bottom part a rod, upper part of which is located in the central hole of the diaphragm. Between the lower part of circular diaphragm and the upper part of the lined load stop valve on support pin, sleeve from disposable material is installed coaxially to it. On the side surface of disposable sleeve is fixed safety indicator in the form of resistive strain gauge, the signal from which by the line connection is fed to resistive strain gauge, and from it in a unit of warning system on emergency mode.
EFFECT: higher reliability of process equipment protection against explosions in case of emergency situation is achieved.
