FIELD: soundproofing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acoustic isolation of equipment with means of broadband sound-attenuation and can be used in all sectors of the national economy as a means of protection against noise. Soundproof enclosure with sound attenuating system of vibration isolation of process equipment is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped covering the process equipment, covering the process equipment. Process equipment is installed on at least four vibration-proof supports, that are based on the bridging of the building. Clearance between the base of the process equipment and the cutoff in the lower face of the rectangular parallelepiped is made. Fan is installed inside the casing, and in the sound-proof enclosure ventilation ducts are made, the internal walls of which are treated with sound-absorbing material and acoustically transparent material. In the casing there are noise silencers installed respectively on the inlet and outlet ventilation ducts. On the soundproofing enclosure inner surface, a sound-absorbing element in the form of a smooth and perforated surfaces is secured, between which a multi-layer sound absorbing structure is arranged. Each of the four vibration isolation supports of the vibration isolation system of the process equipment is made in the form of a spring-loaded vibration, containing a body and an elastic element of elastomer, the body is made in the form of a rectangular base to which the cover is attached, the mounting holes and the central opening are formed in the base, and the resilient member is disposed between the inner surface of the lid and the outer surface of the mounting member, formed as a hub with a central bore and collar. In the lower part, the elastic element has a recess in the form of an arch.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency of noise suppression.
