FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the equipment sound insulation with broadband acoustic suppression means, and can be used in all sectors of the national economy as the noise protection means. Soundproofing casing with the vibration isolation system of the process equipment is made in the form of the rectangular parallelepiped, which covers the process equipment. Process equipment is installed on at least four vibration-proof supports, which are based on the building floor slab. Between the process equipment base and the cutout in the rectangular parallelepiped lower face, a gap is made designed to prevent the vibrations transfer from the process equipment to the soundproof enclosure of the casing. To ensure the required microclimate during the process, a fan is installed inside the casing. In the soundproof enclosure, ventilation ducts are made to eliminate equipment overheating. Internal walls of the ventilation ducts are treated with a sound-absorbing material and an acoustically transparent material of the poviden type. To reduce the aerodynamic noise of the ventilation system, noise mufflers installed on the inlet and outlet ventilation ducts are provided in the casing. On the inner surface of the soundproofing enclosure the sound-absorbing element in the form of the smooth and perforated surface is fixed, between which the multi-layer sound-absorbing structure is located. Each of the vibration isolating supports of the vibration isolation system of the soundproofing enclosure contains a vibration isolator consisting of a body and an elastic element of elastomer. Body is made in the form of two opposed flanges, having a square or rectangular shape, rigidly connected to the elastomer. Flanges have fastening elements in the form of holes located at the corners of the flanges. Elastomer side surface profile is made cylindrical, conical or hyperbolic in the form of a rod of equal resistance, having constant rigidity in the axial and transverse directions. Profile of the lateral surface of the elastomer is corrugated. Ratio of the height of the vibration isolator h to the diameter D of the support surface of the elastomer is in the optimum ratio of the values: h/D = 0.45…1.55.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the efficiency of noise suppression.
