FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of fire safety of buildings, in particular, it can be used in the manufacturing of a fireproof steel beam with a corrugated wall. Technical result is achieved due to the fact that the welded I-beam of the beam has a corrugated wall, end faces of the welded I-beam flanges with the corrugated wall are protected by a heat-shielding belt made of mineral wool boards; heated in the fire edges are equipped with a mineral wool board and large-sized gypsum plasterboard sheets of the complex facing; flanges of the composite I-beam at their ends are equipped with heat-shielding belts; beam with a corrugated wall thermal protective belt thickness is determined by calculation; stretched flange heat-shielding belt height is assumed by the condition h3=6⋅δs, where ds is the stretched flange thickness in mm; on both sides welded I-beam corrugated wall is equipped with a thermal barrier layer made of a mineral wool board with a thickness calculated by calculation, and, depending on the required building beam with a corrugated wall fire resistance, a cement-perlite mortar layer.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the improvement in the steel beam with a corrugated wall fire protection structure; increase in fireproof coating and its fastening industrial production; increase in the steel beam with a corrugated wall load-bearing capacity; reduction in the weight of cladding and metal materials; increase in the resources and energy saving and labor productivity in the arrangement of fire protection.
