FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to firefighting equipment. This is achieved by the fact that a fire extinguishing installation using a gas-liquid mixture contains a vessel in which the extinguishing agent is stored and which is equipped with a vortex-type device for forming a gas-liquid mixture, which is made in the form of a conical mixing chamber. Upper part has a tangential inlet for supplying working gas (for example, nitrogen or CO2) by means of a flexible high-pressure hose from the starting cylinder to the vessel, while gas supply is carried out along the vortex element which is coaxial to the chamber and made in the form of a conical perforated spiral with a perforation coefficient in the range of 50÷80%, and the gas-liquid mixture is supplied to the central pipeline from the lower part of the chamber connected to the extinguishing agent discharge device combined with a safety valve, and the vertical branch pipe of the chamber is connected through a tee to the fire extinguishing agent filling device and the pressure indicator. In this case, working gas for modular installations is stored in the starting cylinder located next to the extinguishing agent vessel equipped with a lock-and-release device for electrical or thermomechanical start-up. In this case, bracket secures the cylinder to the building structure, and to ensure supply of optimum concentration of a gas-liquid mixture to all sprinklers, each distribution network node includes a gas-liquid mixture distribution device. When dividing the flow into two directions, a standard tee is used. When the flow is divided into three or more directions, a distribution device of a special design is used, for example a chamber-type device, and each sprinkler consists of a base in the form of a nozzle with a channel and a divider fixed to the holders. Base of the sprinkler is connected to at least two arc-shaped holders that hold the bushing with a divider attached to it, made in the form of a diffuser with a girdle bent toward the base, with petals arranged along the geneatrices of the conical surface of the girdle, and inside the divider there is additionally installed a shaped cylinder nebulizer on the external surface of which a screw thread is made, the cylinder being rotatably mounted by means of two axes to the inner surface of the divider, and part of petals is made bent towards larger base of conical surface of diffuser, while bent petals are made alternating with petals unbent.
EFFECT: technical result is the increase in the speed of the fire extinguishing system and the efficiency of the spraying of the gas-liquid mixture.
