SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Electronic tonometer comprises two-chamber (1, 2) compression hydrocuff, two pressure sensors (3, 4), registration units (7) and indications (8), pressure source (5) comprising a reservoir with a predetermined volume of liquid and a device for supplying liquid to the compression hydromanet chambers, first (9) and second (10) pressure source control units, and additionally oscillation amplitude analyzer (6) of the second chamber of the compression hydromanet. Output of the pressure sensor of the second chamber of the compression hydromanjet is connected to the input of the amplitude analyzer of the oscillations of the second chamber of the compression hydromanet, output of which is connected to the inputs of the pressure source, the second pressure source control unit and the registration unit.

EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of measurement of systolic and diastolic pressures is achieved.
