SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to, namely, removal of foreign inclusions from food. Location of foreign inclusion in food product is identified, food product is supplied to cutting device that creates liquid jet, cutting device is used to perform notch around place of detected foreign inclusion by means of liquid jet and then cutting device is used to engage and remove foreign matter from food product by means of liquid jet.
EFFECT: automatic removal of foreign inclusions from food products without contamination of products is ensured.
