FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular to an apparatus for liquid baking compositions. Baking apparatus for manufacturing endless strips (1) preferably from liquid baking compositions on a baking surface carrier (3). Carrier rotates on frame (2) of the machine and heats at least in portions and transfers at least one endless baking surface (4) through at least one machine (8) located stationary on the machine frame (2). Baking zone comprises heating device (5) and continues from the baking dispenser (6) to the stripping unit (7). As a rotating heated carrier (3) of the baking surface, a non-stub drum (9) rotatably mounted and driven is provided. In the baking device, follower roller (11) is provided, it is pivotable with respect to the guide axis (10). Roller is rotatably mounted in contact zone (12) along rolling surface (13) of drum (9). Control distance (16) is provided between intersection point (14) of axis guide (10) with rolling surface (13) and contact zone (12).

EFFECT: use of invention improves quality of resulting product.
