SUBSTANCE: invention is related to bakery industry. Bakery oven has technological bakery line, which passes in single plane from loading section to unloading section. Baking cases consist of bottom bath plate and top bath plate, which is placed on its top side. Baking cases are transported through technological bakery line by bottom conveyor that bears bottom bath plates and is installed below the plane of technological bakery line. Top conveyor that is installed above the plane of technological bakery line transports top bath plates, which are suspended, horizontally leveled with their baking surfaces facing constantly down, along route that passes above the plane of technological bakery line. In the beginning of technological bakery line for creation of baking cases top conveyor places top bath plates on bottom bath plates and removed them in the end of technological bakery line from bottom bath plates, separating baking cases at that. Bath plates contain mutually joined elements, which are engaged when top bath plate is placed on the bottom one and level bath plates relative to each other.

EFFECT: increase of bakery oven capacity.
