SUBSTANCE: device comprises the laser head, is made in the form of a removable module and attached to the baking machine mechanically and/or by the control technology. It provides an interface for connecting to the baking machine. The device is provided in the area of an automatic baking machine with waffle irons, in which the waffle irons are open, namely in the area before the head, in the batter pouring area. The baking machine has the cleaning mode in which the batter is not poured. According to the method, the treatment area is moved over the hearth space by means of the relative displacement of the laser head and the hearth space, and/or the laser head and/or the treatment area is moved transversely to the baking direction displacement of the hearth space.
EFFECT: reliable removal of impurities without causing damage to the surfaces.
