FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for food industry. Oven for making baked, preferably edible products, containing a plurality of waffle makers (3), which are installed in a row in elongated frame (1) of the machine on an endless conveyor with the possibility of opening and closing and moving one after another through: a zone for adding baking mass for adding baking mass into an open waffle iron (3); closing zone for closing of waffle makers (3); baking chamber (4) for baking of baked goods in closed waffle makers (3), in which there is at least one heating device (5) for heating of waffle irons (3) located inside baking chamber (4); opening zone for opening of waffle irons (3) and a recess area for baking of baked goods from open waffle makers (3). At that, heating device (5) includes at least one heated or heated heating element (6) for supply of heat energy to baking chamber (4). Oven comprises first holder (14) of heating element, on which heating element (6) is connected to machine frame (1) by means of guide device (15) with possibility of subsequent disconnection, wherein guiding device (15) has at least one guide rail (16) and at least one guide element (17), which moves along guide rail (16), wherein guiding device (15) is made in the form of a sliding mechanism for directed introduction of heating element (6) into the oven or removal of heating element (6) from the oven.

EFFECT: invention allows to create an oven that allows flexible control of heating elements.
