METHOD FOR INSTALLATION OF PROFILE SHUTTER IN WELL Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC E21B29/10 

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to methods of insulation of trouble zones during well drilling with shutters from shaped tubes. Method includes the installation of a profile shutter in the well, the connection of sections of profile pipes, the release of the shutter into the absorption zone, the pressure relief of the shutter to the tight sealed pressing against the walls of the well. Lower end of the profile shutter, made in the same shape as the sections of the profile pipes, which are connected along the profile, are jammed from below and provided with a check valve. Upper end of the profile shutter, made in the same shape as the profile pipe sections, is hermetically connected to the straightening tool, the sub-conductor of which is made hollow of the same material and the same shape as the profile pipe sections, and is inserted telescopically into the upper end of the profile pipes, with the possibility of expanding the pressure simultaneously with the straightening of sections of the profile pipes. Before connecting the sections of the profile pipes, their interacting ends are calibrated one from the outside, and the other one - from the inside, when connected, the calibrated ends are tightly sealed into each other and fixed with pins that support the weight of the profile shutter. Sub-conductor of the straightening tool, when connected to the upper end of the profile pipes, is additionally fixed with shearing elements, which are destroyed after the installation of the profile shutter.

EFFECT: reliability of the installation of the profile shutter and the isolation of the complication zones during drilling of the wells is increased, the time costs for installing the shutter are reduced by simplifying the design.
