FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil and gas industry, namely to methods and devices for isolation of zones of complications with shutters from shaped pipes. Method comprises lowering a shutter with a straightening tool on a pipe string into a zone of complications, wherein straightening tool of same shape and of same material as profile tubes of shutter, is equipped from below with shoe with seat and valve and inserted telescopically into shaped tubes, expansion of straightening tool simultaneously with straightening of shaped pipes to tight leak-free pressing them to walls of well, thereafter, extracting tool is withdrawn from shutter to be squeezed by creating depression inside said straightening tool. Shutter is made with an axial through channel. Straightening tool is equipped with a process branch pipe located inside its passage channel, with a process valve, which can be locked in the closed position at reverse selected pressure drop. Valve for free passage of liquid is installed by means of shear elements telescopically in transport position inside shoe, which is equipped from below with bevel and jet channels made longitudinally to axis of device and radially towards chamfer. Along the recesses of the straightening tool, rods are fixed on the outside to interact from inside with cavities of the shutter. Descent of the shutter is performed with washing and rotation during the zones of complications with pressure below the pressure of shutting off the shutter, when the installation interval is reached, the pumping pressure is increased to release the valve in the shoe, which after the shear elements destruction and downward movement is seated with fixation in the valve seat located in the guide shoe, Thereafter, gas is forced inside the pipe string and, by increasing the pressure inside the pressure, expanding the shutter, further expanding the recesses of the shutter with the rods while maintaining clearance between them, facilitating extraction of the straightening tool from the shutter to the process pipe.

EFFECT: higher reliability and quality of isolation of complication zones, increased overhaul period during well operation, simplified design and isolation zones isolation process, further extension of the additional borehole with a bit of the same diameter or with an insignificant reduction of the well diameter, excluding the shoe drilling operation, reducing the number of emergency situations and the number of non-performance operations during well drilling.
