FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil and gas industry and can be used for isolation of zones of complications when drilling wells with shutters from shaped pipes. Method comprises lowering the shutter with a straightening tool in an installation interval, wherein the adapter of the straightening tool is of the same shape and of the same material as the shaped tubes of the shutter, is equipped from below with a shoe with a seat and a valve and is inserted telescopically into shaped tubes, expansion of the reducer simultaneously with straightening of the shaped pipes to tight pressure tight pressing them to walls of the well, after that, the straightening tool is withdrawn from the shutter, which is preliminary compressed by creation of depression inside the sub. Valve for free flow of liquid is made suspended in transport position inside adapter over guide shoe, which is equipped from below with bevel and jet channels made longitudinally to axis of device and radially towards chamfer. Along the cavities of the adapter outside the rods are fixed with the possibility of interaction from inside with cavities of the shutter. Shutter is lowered with flushing and rotation when the zones of complications pass with a pressure lower than that of the shutter. When the installation interval is reached, the pumping pressure is increased for the pre-expansion of the shutter with the adapter and release of the suspension valve, which seats with fixation in the valve seat located in the guide shoe. Adapter enlarges the shutter and further widens the recesses of the shutter with the pins while preserving the gap between them, thereby facilitating further adjustable compression and removing the straightening tool from the shutter. Also disclosed is a device for implementing said method.

EFFECT: higher reliability of isolation of complication zones in installation interval.
