FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of physics and can be used for substances and materials spectral elemental analysis, including those that are complex in composition and / or with a strong fuming matrix during evaporation of samples in an electrothermal atomizer. Disclosed is an electrothermal atomizer for spectral analysis of samples consisting of a graphite-tube furnace, located inside the protective casing with an opening in the cover for the evaporation products removal emerging during the sample atomization, tube furnace optical temperature regulator and the probe for two-stage fractional atomization. Novelty is that an opening in the protective casing cover is equipped with an exhaust pipe located above the tube furnace metering orifice.
EFFECT: increase in the analytical equipment operational reliability, reliability and quality of complex substances and materials spectral analysis results, increase in labor productivity in the performance of analyzes.
